Refer a Patient to Our Dry Eye Center

Thank you for trusting Elevated Eyecare with your patients. Our Dry Eye Center provides advanced diagnostics and in office treatment for dry eye disease, meibomian gland dysfunction, and other ocular surface conditions. When we receive your referral, our scheduling team will contact your patient directly to book their visit, and we will keep you updated on their care.
