Inserting Your Lenses

Getting them in
  • 1Wash & dry hands thoroughly. Work over a clean, flat surface and plug the sink drain.
  • 2Balance the lens on your index fingertip, concave side up. Hold lids open with your other hand.
  • 3Look directly at the lens and gently place it centered on your cornea. Release lids slowly.
  • 4Always insert the same lens first each time to avoid mixing up right and left.

Removing Your Lenses

Taking them out
  • 1Wash & dry hands before touching your lenses or eyes.
  • 2Work over a clean flat surface with the drain plugged.
  • 3Look straight ahead. Place finger at outer corner of your eye, pull skin taut, then blink firmly to pop the lens out.
  • 4Remove the same lens first every time.
